Company Holds Symposium on the 13th Five-Year Plan for Human Resources and Talent Review

Recently, the company held a symposium on the 13th Five-Year Plan for Human Resources and Talent Inventory in the third-floor meeting room. Professor Song Xinpu from Henan University of Economics and Law and the consulting team provided on-site guidance, and leaders from all units of the company attended the symposium. 

The director of the Human Resources Department, Song Junhui, first reported on the problems identified during the talent inventory. The leaders of each unit actively spoke up, offering suggestions and opinions on the talent inventory work and the "Plains Company's 12th Five-Year Human Resources Summary and 13th Five-Year Outlook" report. At the same time, they had a lively discussion on issues such as the construction of the three teams, talent introduction and training, talent mobility, and the employee incentive mechanism of the company. 

The 13th Five-Year Plan for Human Resources of the company and the talent inventory work were officially launched in November 2015. This involved a total of 26 units across various departments and factories. The "nine-grid" inventory method was used to categorize employees into the worker sequence and the professional sequence. The inventory of middle-level managers was handled by the Human Resources Department. The convening of this symposium laid the foundation for the company to further implement the 13th Five-Year Human Resources Plan and achieve the company's "talent-driven enterprise" strategy.
