On the afternoon of May 5th, the company held its fourth technology conference. The conference was themed "Collecting collective wisdom, expanding innovation supply, and forging a new engine for the transformation and upgrading of Pingyuan Company". It summarized the company's technological work from 2014 to 2015 and arranged and deployed the key points of the 2016 scientific research and production work. At the meeting, the company awarded nearly 700,000 RMB as a significant bonus to the outstanding technological workers and excellent scientific and technological achievements of the company in 2014-2015. Among them, the first prize for scientific and technological progress received a one-time award of 200,000 RMB, fully demonstrating the company's emphasis on technological work, respect for technological workers, and expectations for scientific innovation.

The company has always regarded technological work as its top priority. On one hand, it closely follows the development trends of key domestic models, mobilizing the entire team of scientific researchers to intensively tackle key technologies and achieve technological breakthroughs. On the other hand, it makes great efforts in design innovation, pre-research innovation, quality management systems, etc., emphasizing the construction of conditions such as testing, experimentation, measurement, and informatization, cultivating and selecting technical talents, and achieving an overall improvement in the company's technological level, achieving remarkable results.

In the past two years, the company has developed over 270 aviation products and initiated over 350 scientific and technological projects; it has broken through and mastered a number of key technologies such as "engine bleed air subsystem, closed hydraulic oil tank and control integration technology, and deep-hole processing technology for slender shaft parts"; it has applied for 76 patents, all of which have been accepted, and currently the company has 92 authorized patents; it has applied for 9 types of national second-level standard substances. Some of these scientific and technological achievements have filled the gaps in the industry or domestically, and some have reached international advanced or leading levels, fully demonstrating the technological progress and innovation level of Pingyuan Company.
